You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kandar88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and kandar88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You agree to notify kandar88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kandar88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts and will not be liable for losses that may have been prevented had 2FA been activated.

All activity conducted through your kandar88 account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals initiated — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, regardless of whether such activity was conducted personally by you or by any person to whom you granted access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

kandar88 accepts deposits in MYR via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking through Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit is RM30. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. kandar88 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your kandar88 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. kandar88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All kandar88 account balances, transactions, and game activity are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kandar88 does not charge currency conversion fees; all amounts reflected in your account are in MYR at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal that triggers our internal risk thresholds. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, or create derivative works from any kandar88 content without prior written authorisation from kandar88.

10. Limitation of Liability

kandar88's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kandar88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
